1. Parties

Sleep Consultant: Heena Karia Thakkar, trading as A2ZMom (sleep@a2zmom.com | www.a2zmom.com)

Client: The individual identified in the intake questionnaire submitted at the time of enrolment.

By submitting payment and/or the intake questionnaire, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the services described herein.

2. Programme Scope

Each 1:1 programme includes the following deliverables:

  • A personalised sleep plan prepared on the basis of the Client's intake questionnaire
  • Scheduled consultations spaced across the programme duration (number of calls varies by programme as set out below)
  • WhatsApp support during designated office hours as specified in Clause 4
  • A Go Forward Plan delivered at programme close

Programme specifications are as follows:

  • Newborn Foundation: Ages 0-5 months, 21 days, 3 calls
  • Baby Sleep Programme: Ages 5-20 months, 21 days, 6 calls
  • Toddler Programme: Ages 20 months and above, 28 days, 6 calls
  • Twins Programme: Any eligible age range, 28 days, 6 calls

3. Consultation Schedule

All consultations are scheduled by mutual agreement between the Sleep Consultant and the Client. The standard call cadence for the 21-day programme is: Day 1, Day 4, Day 8, Day 14, Day 18, and Day 21. For the 28-day programme: Day 1, Day 5, Day 10, Day 16, Day 22, and Day 28.

Consultations are conducted via Google Meet. A consultation may be rescheduled subject to a minimum of 24 hours' prior written notice. Same-day cancellations will be forfeited without the right to reschedule and no refund or credit will be issued in respect of such sessions.

4. WhatsApp Support

WhatsApp support is included in all programmes. The following conditions apply:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am-9:30am, 2:00pm-3:00pm, 7:00pm-8:00pm IST
  • Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am-11:00am, 3:00pm-5:00pm IST
  • Messages received outside designated office hours will be responded to during the next available window
  • WhatsApp support is asynchronous and does not constitute live chat or real-time messaging
  • The Client is requested to consolidate multiple queries into a single message where practicable
  • WhatsApp support terminates upon conclusion of the programme period, including the post-programme check-in week

5. Programme Timeline

The programme period commences on Day 1 (the date of the first consultation) and concludes on Day 21 or Day 28, as applicable to the programme enrolled. The programme timeline is fixed and non-extendable. It shall not be paused, extended, or reset on account of the Client's compliance, illness, travel, or the rate of the child's progress. The Client acknowledges and accepts this condition prior to enrolment.

6. Post-Programme Support

The following paid support options are available following programme completion:

  • Sleep Reset Call: INR 2,000 per session, comprising one 20-minute consultation and 3 days of WhatsApp support for implementation queries or sleep regressions
  • Returning Client Discount: A discount of 15% on the full programme fee is available to Clients re-enrolling for a second child

No additional support shall be provided at no charge under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel, or inconsistent implementation of the sleep plan.

7. Client Obligations

By enrolling in a programme, the Client agrees to the following obligations:

  • To complete the intake questionnaire in full prior to the first consultation
  • To make payment in full before the programme commences
  • To ensure that all primary caregivers (including but not limited to partner, grandparents, and domestic staff) are aligned with the sleep plan prior to Day 1
  • To implement the sleep plan consistently throughout the programme duration
  • To attend all scheduled consultations, or to reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours' prior notice
  • To acknowledge that programme outcomes are dependent on the consistency of implementation and cannot be guaranteed

8. Payment and Cancellation

  • Payment method: Bank transfer or UPI, as confirmed at the time of booking
  • Payment timing: Full payment is required prior to programme commencement

Cancellation and Refund Policy: The programme fee is non-refundable once the intake questionnaire has been issued to the Client. Where the Client cancels prior to issuance of the intake questionnaire, a full refund less an administration fee of INR 500 will be processed. No refund shall be issued following completion of the first consultation. The Sleep Consultant reserves the right to terminate the programme in cases of repeated non-compliance or abusive conduct, without liability for refund.

9. Medical Disclaimer

Heena Karia Thakkar is a certified child sleep consultant and not a registered medical practitioner. All advice, plans, and recommendations provided through this programme are for informational and coaching purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Client must consult a qualified paediatrician before implementing any changes to the child's routine, particularly where medical conditions, prescribed medications, or feeding concerns are involved. A2ZMom accepts no liability for any adverse outcomes arising from the implementation of the sleep plan.

10. Confidentiality

All information disclosed by the Client through the intake questionnaire, consultations, and WhatsApp communications shall be held in strict confidence. Client and child details will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client's prior written consent. Anonymised case notes may be used for professional development or educational purposes, provided no information identifying the Client or child is included.

11. Testimonials and Marketing

A2ZMom reserves the right to share anonymised programme outcomes and testimonials for marketing purposes. No identifying information, including names, photographs, or details capable of identifying the Client or child, will be shared without the Client's explicit prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A2ZMom and Heena Karia Thakkar shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the services provided. The Sleep Consultant's total liability to the Client shall not exceed the programme fee paid by the Client for the relevant programme.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
